Refunds and Returns

RETURNS

Reasons for accepting returns, photographic evidence may be required.

• Incorrect items sent
• Damaged goods

If customer has a complaint (other than above) they may ring to discuss potential return. 

REFUNDS

JHC will usually issue a refund within 6 working days of receiving the returned item, but it may takes between 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in their account

JHC Hardware need notification of returns within 48 hours of receipt.
